New Report Predicts Massive Growth
Research and Markets just released the “Mental Wellness Market – Global Outlook & Forecast 2022-2027” which predicts a 6.35% growth rate for the mental wellness industry between 2022 and 2027. This comes as no surprise, given the sharp increase in rates of depression and anxiety during the pandemic.
Meditation and mindfulness yielded the highest growth rate among the different market segments at 8.73%. And while North America was identified as the fastest-growing region for mental wellness products and services, the report noted that “increased adoption of smartphones and tablets in developing countries have led to the increasing engagement of the population in mental wellness programs.”
